Job Responsibility
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be presentable.
Explain the product to the customer.
Should be able to work with team.
Daily report to team leader.
Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
Maintain relationship with the clients.
Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Have good command over English and Hindi Language.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Handling & Providing solution customer queries.
Should have Computer knowledge.

1 Year Experience in any field.
